Ground rules
Free shipment costs on the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. (except customs charges)
The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
By default, the invoices will be sent to the email address given by the Client when he registered in meryancor.com.
The orders submitted after Fridays at 1 PM (and following Saturday and Sunday) will be prepared to be dispatched on the next Monday. Local, regional or national holidays may also affect the delivery date. Nevertheless, this delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
Once the order has been sent, the Client will receive a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
The order is delivered when the carrier hands over the package(s) to the Client and he signs the delivery note. It is up to the Client the verification of the goods sent when he receives them and indicate the irregularities (if any) in the delivery note. Any complaint that may come up, please contact Meryan though the email address or phone number.
Meryan is not responsible for the delivery delays caused by reasons unrelated to its activity (transport strikes, natural disasters, customs procedures, etc.).
Before the confirmation of the purchase, please check out the delivery address. If it is not correct, you will have to assume the shipping costs to the right address. The telephone number of the addressee is mandatory.
Meryan will select the shipping company according to the product and target country. The companies we work with are Seur, DPD Group and DHL.

Delivery time
Spain
The shipments to Spain will be delivered by Seur.
The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days, disregarding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays because there are no deliveries or collections.
Please contact with customer support if the shipments go to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Europe
The shipments to Europe will be delivered by DPD Group.
The delivery time is 3 to 10 working days, depending on the target country and disregarding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays because there are no deliveries or collections.
By reasons unrelated to Meryan, it is not possible to make deliveries to Russia.
USA and the rest of the world
The shipments will be delivered by DHL.
The delivery time is 3 to 10 working days, depending on the target country and disregarding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays because there are no deliveries or collections.
Customs
Any customer from a country where shipments need this procedure is allowed to pay his or her products without taxes. So, once you have registered on Meryancor site, all the prices will automatically discount VAT cost.
On the shipments that require a customs clearance, the Client will handle the costs derived from the import charges. Meryan will not consider any complaints on this matter.
*If the products need a special packaging due to its volume, the delivery time may change.
