Guarantee Conditions

Meryan guarantees the quality of the product against any manufacturing fault for a period of 2 years since the date of purchase, in any part of the world.

Our quality guarantee is only applicable if the goods have been used on the purpose planned or recommended by Meryan.

The guarantee will not be available to the products that:

Have been stored in bad conditions, have been modified or damaged by cleaning products not recommended by the manufacturer.

Have been deteriorated with time; affected by cuts, scratches or stains; damaged by a hit or an accident.

The guarantee excludes user's subject assessments, like comfortability or possible uses of the product, damages generated by prolonged exposure to light and/or heat sources.

If the product is considered a faulty good, it will be repaired or replaced, if it is reasonably possible, without any costs to the Client. If the reparation or replacement is not possible, the Client will be given a partial refund (if he keeps the faulty good) or a total refund (after the return of the faulty good to Meryan).
